Alexander has a good temperament, a long body, sound feet and limbs with good locomotion.  

He is halter trained and has been shown with notable results as a yearling when he achieved third prize at the Royal Highland Show in June 2023 and first prize at Oswestry Show in August 2023.

In his first season as a breeding bull, he has produced six calves, three male and three female. His bull calf Isaac was male champion and reserve overall champion Highland at the Welsh Multi-Breed Calf Show in December 2025.
