Click the Online Registrations link to register your cattle today.

If it is your first online registration or you have forgotten the process, step-by-step instructions are given below. Bear in mind that all cattle transfers must be made in writing. How to register your cattle online

Members Login area
 
  1. Login to the Member’s Database.

  2. Enter your user name (email address).

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Click Members Area only.

  5. Click on ‘Register Animal’.

  6. Enter the first animal’s details: a) The name of the animal minus the prefix (eg. Ceit and not Ceit of Cheeklaw) and b) the ear tag number (last six digits only). The system will find your herd mark.

  7. Click on ‘Add’ for each subsequent animal.

  8. Enter the relevant details as in point 7.

  9. Click ‘Submit’.

  10. Remember to log out when you have finished.

Once your bull has reached 14 months old, he is potentially eligible for registration.

Contact the Society office for a full registration kit for registering your bull. In the kit is a veterinary inspection form, DNA kit and registration form. A hair collector obtained from the office with the forms must be used.
